Our Day at Half Moon Cay

Today we get to visit this beautiful, cruise company owned island.
We are lucky that ours is the only ship visiting here today, but usually only two ships visit at a time, and it never really gets crowded.  The beach here has the whitest, softest sand, and the bluest, clearest water!  We did get in the water a bit but is was a little cool for me so I mostly sat in a beach chair soaking up the sun and enjoying the views on the beach!
Before finding our beach chairs, we took a walk along a road on the island to a lagoon which had nice views and blue, clear water.

This is a view across the lagoon. It started off cloudy but soon the sun was out and the sky clear.

Don is enjoying the view across the lagoon towards the blue sky.

Walking towards the beach, we saw this pirate ship/bar.

I found this nice chair in the shade to watch the beach activity.  Nice view of the sand, water, shy, and our ship.

Another view of the ship.

Just the right shade of blue!! Lovely day.  We had a nice Caribbean BBQ lunch on the island before heading back to the ship.  We had to ride a tender boat to and from the island.  We had a really great here today!

After getting back on the ship, we cleaned up and got ready for dinner.  Just before dinner, we enjoyed this beautiful sunset, one of many we saw while on this cruise.

Beautiful!!!

The day ended with us going to a show on the main stage.  The show tonight was "Funny Fiddle" a Comedy and Music of Chris Pendleton.   The show was funny and very entertaining.
Sitting in the main stage area waiting for the show to begin!
Wonderful day, good night all.
Tomorrow is a sea day!
